General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.

2. Contract Partner, Customer Service
The purchase contract is concluded with Bio Green GmbH & Co. KG. You can find more information about us in the imprint.

3. Conclusion of Contract
By placing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude the contract. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button to accept the goods in the shopping basket. Immediately after the order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation by email.

The contract effectively comes into existence once the ordering process has been concluded after sending the order.

4. Shipping Charges
In addition to the indicated product prices are shipping costs. Find out more about the shipping rates here.

5. Payment
Payment is possible in advance, by invoice, with Cash on Delivery, PayPal or by immediate transfer.

  • Payment in advance
    If you choose the method of payment in advance, we will send you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after the receipt of payment.
  • Cash on Delivery
    If you choose the COD payment method, €7.00 extra must be paid to directly to the deliverer in addition to the delivery costs.
  • By Invoice
  • PayPal
    Pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. To pay with PayPal, you must be registered. Authenticate your access data and confirm the payment (exception: guest access). You will receive more instructions during the ordering process.
  • Paiement immédiat
    We also offer instant transfer. Herewith we receive the transfer credit immediately. This accelerates the entire ordering process. All you need is your account number, bank code, PIN and TAN. The instant payment transfer form, which is not accessible to the seller, allows the automatic transfer from your online bank account in real time. The purchase price is immediately and directly transferred to the seller’s bank account.

    Our service is free of charge for you as a customer, only the fees (transfer fee) charged by your house bank are applicable.

    When the payment method “Immediate Payment” is selected, a pre-filled form opens at the end of the ordering process. This already contains our bank details. In addition, the transfer amount and the reason for payment are already displayed in the form. You must now select the country in which you have your online banking account and enter the bank code. Then enter the same data as for online banking registration (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. Immediately following, you will receive the confirmation of your transaction.

    In principle, each internet user can use the instant transfer as a method of payment if he or she has an activated online banking account with PIN / TAN procedures. Please note that for some banks, the direct transfer is not yet available. 6. Collection by the Customer
We deliver only by mail. Unfortunately, a collection of the product by the customer is not possible.

7. Station d'emballage
We do not deliver to packing stations.

8. Réserve de propriété
The goods remain our property until full payment has been issued.

9. Dommages survenus au cours du transport
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such faults immediately to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. The failure to file a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, particularly for your warranty rights. Nevertheless, this way you help us assert own claims towards the delivering company or transport insurance respectively.

10. Right of Revocation

10.1 Consumers have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days.

Cancellation Policy

Right of Revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within a period of fourteen days without further explanation. The period of revocation shall be fourteen days from the date on which you or a third commissioned person, who is not the carrier, has or have taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must notify us (Bio Green GmbH & Co. KG, Marburger Str. 1b, 35649 Bischoffen-Oberweidbach, Phone: +49 (0) 6444 9312-0, Mail: info@biogreen.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the enclosed sample Revocation Form (download the sample Revocation Form), but this is not required. You may also electronically fill out and submit the sample Revocation Form or another clear statement on our website.

If you use this option, we will send you a confirmation of the receipt of such a revocation immediately (e.g. by email). It is sufficient to send your right of revocation notification before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this agreement, we will pay you back all the payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us) within a period of fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has be en received by us. For such repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you have used in the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed upon other means; in no case will you be charged for these repayment fees. We will collect the goods at our expense. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to a handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

END OF REVOCATION

10.2 The right of revocation does not apply to the delivery of goods

which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured according to customer specifications,

which are likely to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would soon be exceeded,

which, due to reasons of health of hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed,

which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods,

as well as not to the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery

to the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which may be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract, and whose current value depends on fluctuations on the market on which the entrepreneur has no influence.

10.3 Please avoid damage and contamination. Please return the goods to us, if possible, in original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer wrapping. If you no longer own the original packaging, please provide adequate packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage in order to avoid damage claims due to defective packaging.

11. Contract Text Storage
We store the contract text and send you the ordering data and our GTC by email. You can also view the terms and conditions on this page at any time. Your past orders are no longer accessible via the internet for security reasons.

12. Contract Language
The language available for the contract is German.
