"Eros" is hardly susceptible to rot diseases and impresses with its upright growth, good head filling and a high yellow content. The smooth leaves are slightly wavy. The endives can be stored for a short time by wrapping them in sand, hanging them upside down or wrapping them in foil and placing them in the refrigerator.
