The tried and tested variety “Juwarot” has a high carotene content and an intense orange-red root color. Due to its high carotene content, it can be used in many ways, e.g. B. for raw vegetables, baby food or carrot juice. The mid-early to mid-late variety forms slightly blunted root bodies up to 18 cm long.
