Interesting type of Flakkee with a sweet, fruity taste and yellow root color. An attractive sight as raw food, in a salad or in soup. The medium-early, smooth-skinned and slender carrot is around 20 cm long and can be harvested until late autumn. "Yellowstone F1" has excellent shelf life.
