"Renova" reaches a length of up to 18 cm with its cylindrical beets and hardly forms any rings. The beets have very good internal quality, with dark red, tender flesh. The young leaves taste good in salads. When harvesting, twist off the leaves to avoid bleeding. Stores very well (packed in sand).
