This is how winter can come!

Get your plants safely through the winter. You can do this very easily with the “Icedome ThermoPLUS Deluxe” winter tent. Because within the spacious interior (L 120 x W 120 x H 183 cm) there is optimal space for small and large plants. Thanks to the 3-layer bubble wrap, they are optimally protected from snow, frost and adverse weather conditions. The UV-resistant film is translucent. This means your plants receive the sunlight they need, even in the tent. The aluminum reflector base provides additional insulation: the cold from below stays out, the heat from sunlight and a separately available greenhouse heater stays in and is reflected onto the plants. This is how they thrive optimally. With the all-round 5 cm high Velcro fastener with fleece, you can attach the floor tightly and firmly to the tent - even if you put a cable for a heater in the tent, for example. The good insulation of the tent also saves you energy because you have to heat less. This protects the environment and your purse.

Provide fresh air. On warmer winter days, you can provide your plants with fresh air with four closable ventilation openings. Two ventilation openings are integrated in the head and foot areas of the Icedome Thermoplus Deluxe. This allows the air to circulate optimally and prevents the formation of mold. To prevent pests from getting into the greenhouse, the ventilation windows are equipped with insect screens. Close the openings easily and securely with the Velcro tabs. To water, open the tent conveniently using the high-quality and robust EasyZip double zipper. Setting up and dismantling the tent is quick and easy.

Super workmanship can be heated by about 3 ° C with two "tea light furnaces". If there should be a successor: I would like it if the upper ventilation openings opened the other way around and you could fix the flaps with a ribbon and e.g. a push button so that it cannot rain / snow. For heating with tealight stoves, rice lock flaps near the ground in the back would be helpful in order to be able to ensure the heat from all sides.

In principle, I like the tent, I hope that it fulfills the expectations. The thermostatic cable for the heater switches on relatively late, which makes me a little frequent. Bad (and I didn't give 5 stars to the DEHALB) was the delivery; After AT € 30.- shipping costs is already violent. The 2 real packages needed almost 2 weeks and, according to the shipment schedule, were on status for 7 struck days alone: "The program was prepared for further transport." Other 4 days in the "delivery depot". This is annoying and actually not DHL-like.

Order, delivery took place without any problems and punctual and complete. The packaging of the set was exemplary (except for the tent cutter, which gets caught on the Velcro fasteners). The assembly on the prepared base plate was also very good. Only the connection between the tent floor and the actual tent using Velcro fastener is very difficult. When the tent was completely structured and lashed, I found the crack in the aluminum coating. That's too bad. I cannot say whether the crack was already present before the structure or was built. Perhaps there is the possibility of a replacement delivery of the tent floor. The supplied heating rod works. The functional test of the thermostat -controlled extension still has to be checked. In conclusion: I would buy the set again.
