At BioGreen we want to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and reliably. Below you will find all details about shipping costs and delivery times.

Delivery times and processing time

• Processing time: 1-2 business days. We usually process orders received before 2 p.m. on the next working day.
• Shipping time: 1-3 working days after handover to the shipping service provider.
• Total delivery time: usually 2-5 business days.

Shipping costs

• Germany: €8.99 per order. Free shipping for orders over €100.
• France: €24.99 per order. Free shipping for orders over €100.
• Austria: €24.99 per order. Free shipping for orders over €100.
• Switzerland: We handle deliveries to Switzerland MeinEinkauf from – including customs clearance. Shipping costs: €35.00 per order (displayed in CHF in checkout). Free shipping for orders over €100 (approx. CHF 96).

Dangerous goods shipping

• Germany: €9.99 per order.
• France: €24.99 per order.
• Austria: €19.99 per order.
• Switzerland: We cannot ship dangerous goods to Switzerland.

The higher costs arise because dangerous goods are not allowed to travel through the normal distribution routes: the shipments are guided manually through the logistics process and transported by specially trained drivers. Free shipping for orders over €100 does not apply to shipments of dangerous goods.
