A. Cancellation policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BioGreen GmbH, Marburger Straße 1b, 35649 Bischoffen, Germany, Tel.: 0644493120, Email: info@biogreen.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

You can also use the sample cancellation form or another clear declaration on our website https://biogreen.world/pages/complaints Complete and submit electronically. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation (e.g. by email) of receipt of such a revocation.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must repay to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning goods that cannot normally be returned to us by post due to their nature (forwarding goods) are estimated at a maximum of around 95 euros for each such goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Affiliated/Funded Deals

If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound to the loan contract, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This can be assumed in particular if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation with regard to financing. If we have already received the loan when the cancellation takes effect or when the goods are returned, your lender assumes our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the cancellation or return. The latter does not apply if the subject of this contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currencies or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, make use of your right of cancellation and also cancel the loan agreement if you also have a right of cancellation.

General information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us carriage paid.
3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
