Regarding the electric greenhouse heater: So far, it has only been allowed to run a small test, which it handled confidently, without any complaints. However, it has not yet been able to prove itself in real greenhouse everyday use. The big test is only scheduled for spring. The first impression, however, is so solid that we hope our seedlings will have neither cold feet nor frost damage for many years.

The heating element does what is promised - I ordered 2 of them for my small 2 m² foil greenhouse for overwintering patio plants - together with the thermostat cable from the same company, they manage to bridge periods of light frost. But I don't think that this can be used to compensate for severe frost outside temperatures down to -10°, that remains to be seen. If necessary, I would then order one or two more; At some point, of course, the class of fan heaters also comes into consideration and you would have to compare the purchase and electricity costs for several years. The special advantage of heating elements over fan heaters is that they are absolutely splash-proof...

The tent is okay. Unfortunately, the assembly instructions are also inadequate here. The associated heater and connecting cable are not described at all. That's really sad! Even though setting it up and connecting it isn't difficult - once you've set it up and connected it. But only then!

I basically like the tent, I hope it meets expectations. The thermostat cable for the heater switches on relatively late, which makes me a little uneasy. Bad (and that's why I didn't give 5 stars) was the delivery; after €30 shipping to AT, that's quite steep. The 2 relatively large packages took almost 2 weeks to reach me and, according to the tracking, were stuck for 7 whole days on status: "The shipment was prepared for further transport." Another 4 days in the "delivery depot." That's annoying and actually not DHL-like.

For the wintering tent ICEDOME THERMOPLUS Deluxe, it is too weak at temperatures around the freezing point if you want to, for example, reach 9 degrees - then it runs constantly and still doesn't reach it, which then requires more energy than, for example, the Palma Twin, which has 1000/2000 watts and only needs to run for about 1 minute for that. I chose the Forest Guard because I wasn't sure if the Palma Twin is a safe option in the 'small tent' - it is more efficient - otherwise, for the price and in a small tent, definitely a great thing.

Installed in our old Iglooo tent just in time for the cold days. The combination with the thermostat cable works very well – as you can see, 8°C in the tent at 2°C outside temperature. We decided to mount the heating tube on a board and 6cm high blocks --> for higher stability (cannot tip over) and for better circulation. Very satisfied with the product.
