This rain barrel reverses the principle: the container consists of a coated PVC mesh that is held in shape by six support rods. Depending on the variant you choose, it stores around 50 or around 100 liters of irrigation water from the roof, garage or garden shed. If the space is needed, empty it via the drain valve and fold it flat. This makes the tank also suitable for rental gardens, small balconies or for use only during the watering season.
Place the rain barrel on a firm, horizontal surface - such as a paving slab - and point the tap to the side where you place the watering can. A few centimeters height below the spout is enough so that jugs can be filled without tipping over.

Can I connect a watering can or hose?
Yes, the faucet is included. Place the watering can directly underneath and a hose can be used for emptying or decanting. The water runs off through the natural gradient and there is no pressure in the line - the tank is therefore not intended for spray attachments or lawn sprinklers.
How do I clean and store the tank?
Empty the container via the drain valve and rinse the inside with clean water and a soft sponge; Harsh cleaners and scouring agents are not necessary. Then let it dry well, fold it flat and store it in a dry and frost-free place - the manufacturer specifies a useful life of over 8 years indoors.
