Delivery times and processing time
- Standard delivery time: Our standard delivery time is 1-3 business days.
- Processing time: Processing time can vary between 1 and 2 business days. Orders received before 2:00 p.m. are usually processed the next working day.
Shipping costs
- Shipping within Germany: The shipping costs within Germany are €8.99. Shipping costs are waived for orders over €100.
- Shipping to other EU countries: We charge a flat rate of €35.00 for shipping to other countries within the EU.
- Shipping to Switzerland: The shipping fee for deliveries to Switzerland is also €35.00.
Dangerous goods shipping
- Shipping dangerous goods within Germany: The costs for shipping dangerous goods within Germany are: 10,75 €.
- Shipping dangerous goods within the EU: The cost for shipping dangerous goods to other EU countries is €40.00.
The higher costs of shipping dangerous goods arise from the need to use specially trained drivers and manually guide shipments through the logistics process, as distribution via normal channels is not possible.

Ensures the optimal temperature in the greenhouse: The "Ecopilot 4500" greenhouse heater from BioGreen is an energy-efficient, thermostatically controlled gas heater with zero switch-off and oxygen deficiency protection. The temperature can be adjusted between 0 – 20°C. Thanks to the heat protection plate, you can place plants closer to the heater and thus make better use of the space in the greenhouse. At the same time, the air is enriched with the CO² necessary for plants. The heater ensures a constant temperature environment in the greenhouse and protects your plants from fluctuations in temperature and humidity. In contrast to conventional gas heaters, the “Ecopilot” thermostat is attached to the outside of the housing. This means the heating is switched on and off reliably.

- Energy efficient and thermostatically controlled: Thanks to the integrated thermostat, the heater stops heating when the set temperature in the greenhouse is reached. This is how you save gas.
