Delivery times and processing time
- Processing time: 1-2 business days. We usually process orders received before 2 p.m. on the next working day.
- Shipping time: 1-3 working days after handover to the shipping service provider.
- Total delivery time: usually 2-5 business days.
Shipping costs
- Germany: €8.99 per order. Free shipping for orders over €100.
- France: €24.99 per order. Free shipping for orders over €100.
- Austria: €24.99 per order. Free shipping for orders over €100.
- Switzerland: We handle deliveries to Switzerland MeinEinkauf from – including customs clearance. Shipping costs: €35.00 per order (displayed in CHF in checkout). Free shipping for orders over €100 (approx. CHF 96).
Dangerous goods shipping
- Germany: €9.99 per order.
- France: €24.99 per order.
- Austria: €19.99 per order.
- Switzerland: We cannot ship dangerous goods to Switzerland.
The higher costs arise because dangerous goods are not allowed to travel through the normal distribution routes: the shipments are guided manually through the logistics process and transported by specially trained drivers. Free shipping for orders over €100 does not apply to shipments of dangerous goods.

With a fresh water tank of 60 liters and a separate waste water tank of 65 liters, WASHPORT can be used completely independently - without any connection to the sewer or water pipe. Integrated soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser make the station immediately ready for use without having to organize additional equipment.
