Delivery times and processing time
- Processing time: 1-2 business days. We usually process orders received before 2 p.m. on the next working day.
- Shipping time: 1-3 working days after handover to the shipping service provider.
- Total delivery time: usually 2-5 business days.
Shipping costs
- Germany: €8.99 per order. Free shipping for orders over €100.
- France: €24.99 per order. Free shipping for orders over €100.
- Austria: €24.99 per order. Free shipping for orders over €100.
- Switzerland: We handle deliveries to Switzerland MeinEinkauf from – including customs clearance. Shipping costs: €35.00 per order (displayed in CHF in checkout). Free shipping for orders over €100 (approx. CHF 96).
Dangerous goods shipping
- Germany: €9.99 per order.
- France: €24.99 per order.
- Austria: €19.99 per order.
- Switzerland: We cannot ship dangerous goods to Switzerland.
The higher costs arise because dangerous goods are not allowed to travel through the normal distribution routes: the shipments are guided manually through the logistics process and transported by specially trained drivers. Free shipping for orders over €100 does not apply to shipments of dangerous goods.

Protect your valuable plants from cold and snow. The specially designed plant bags are easy to put on and keep your plants warm even in sub-zero temperatures. Even your toughest plants would appreciate our new plant bags.
The plant bags are made from high quality 50/70/100 g/m² fleece. This means your plants will be protected from freezing temperatures, strong winds and even prevented from drying out.
The fleece material is permeable to water and air. So your plants don't have to go without the light and water they need, even in winter.
There are pull straps attached to the ends of the potted plant bag, making it quick and easy to use.
This winter protection product offers protection for:
