Delivery times and processing time
- Processing time: 1-2 business days. We usually process orders received before 2 p.m. on the next working day.
- Shipping time: 1-3 working days after handover to the shipping service provider.
- Total delivery time: usually 2-5 business days.
Shipping costs
- Germany: €8.99 per order. Free shipping for orders over €100.
- France: €24.99 per order. Free shipping for orders over €100.
- Austria: €24.99 per order. Free shipping for orders over €100.
- Switzerland: We handle deliveries to Switzerland MeinEinkauf from – including customs clearance. Shipping costs: €35.00 per order (displayed in CHF in checkout). Free shipping for orders over €100 (approx. CHF 96).
Dangerous goods shipping
- Germany: €9.99 per order.
- France: €24.99 per order.
- Austria: €19.99 per order.
- Switzerland: We cannot ship dangerous goods to Switzerland.
The higher costs arise because dangerous goods are not allowed to travel through the normal distribution routes: the shipments are guided manually through the logistics process and transported by specially trained drivers. Free shipping for orders over €100 does not apply to shipments of dangerous goods.

Water storage mat "Hydro Store"
The hidden water reservoir
A plant root finds its way to water. Our water storage mat acts like a water reservoir underneath the plant, exactly where it needs to be. By specifically watering the plant roots, you protect your plants in several ways: from drying out, from overwatering and from leaf diseases caused by moisture.
Simply place the water storage mat in the raised beds or plant boxes and fill it with soil. The incorporated beads made of polymer crystals store the valuable water for several days, so that you can go on vacation in a relaxed manner.
The underside is foiled to prevent water from escaping. Your plants provide themselves with exactly the amount of water they need.
