Great workmanship, can be heated up by about 3°C with two "tealight ovens." If there should be a successor: I would find it great if the upper ventilation openings opened the other way around and if the flaps could be fixed with a strap and, for example, a snap button, so that rain/snow cannot get in. For heating with tealight ovens, floor-level zipper flaps in the rear area would be helpful to ensure warmth from all sides.

I basically like the tent, I hope it meets expectations. The thermostat cable for the heater switches on relatively late, which makes me a bit uneasy. The worst part (and that's why I didn't give 5 stars) was the delivery; after €30 shipping to AT, that's quite something. The 2 relatively large packages took almost 2 weeks to reach me and according to the tracking alone stood for 7 whole days with status: "The shipment has been prepared for further transport." Another 4 days in the "delivery depot." That's annoying and actually not DHL-like.

The tent delivers what is advertised. Stable and high-quality. Problematic is the missing note in the instructions and in the promotional video that the tent poles have to be pushed through long plastic loops on the inside. This only works with a lot of fiddling, and the sharp corners easily cut into the tent fabric and loops. Have a second person help with setup! Improvement is needed here. Otherwise, flawless product.

The tent is easy to set up and gives a stable impression due to the reinforcement of the poles. It provides space for three medium-sized plants or several small plants. If it is completely closed for a longer period, a lot of condensation forms inside. Regular ventilation is therefore important, which can be done through the windows. How the plants survive the winter in the tent can only be assessed next year.

Well packaged, I tried to set it up alone, but when inserting the upper corner poles into the designated sleeve loops I had to get someone to help - then I managed it.

The assembly is best done by two people. It would be good if the tent poles were rounded at the edges so that they would be easier to thread. So you had to be careful that the edges didn't damage the film. Bubble wrap is firmer than normal bubble wrap, so it is more stable. Looks pretty good too. I think winter may be coming for my citrus plants.

Ordering and delivery were problem-free, punctual and complete. The packaging of the set was exemplary (except for the tent cords, which got caught on the Velcro fasteners). The assembly on the prepared base plate was also very successful. Only the connection between the tent floor and the actual tent using Velcro is very difficult. When the tent was fully pitched and lashed down, I noticed the crack in the aluminum coating. That's too bad. I can't say whether the crack was there before construction or occurred during construction. There may be the possibility of a replacement delivery of the tent floor. The included heating element works. The functionality test of the thermostat-controlled extension still needs to be checked. Finally: I would buy the set again.

The workmanship of the tent is extremely good. The edging at the corners of the bubble wrap and the zipper in particular make a very good impression. The frame, on the other hand, could easily be two sizes stronger. Here the construction leaves a rather unstable impression.

The ICE Dome is quick and easy to set up. Although it is stable, the plastic pipe corner connectors in our winter tent broke during extreme storms. Bio Green quickly sent us new corner connectors as a gesture of goodwill, even though the warranty period had expired and there was no other warranty claim. Unfortunately, part B (plastic) was defective or we were not careful enough when assembling it. Could you send us such a part, if necessary on our account. We would be very, very grateful to you. Otherwise, the tent makes a good impression. We won't be able to tell you how it tolerates cold temperatures until after the winter. But we are optimistic. The tent is set up, the plants are in it, but it is not yet so cold that the heating would have to be activated because it is still very warm for the beginning of November. But the cold will definitely come here, at the beginning of December at the latest, and usually it gets really cold in January and February with a few degrees below zero.
